These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aranova.io (the "Site") and any content, information, or services made available through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written services agreement, proposal, or statement of work. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the services agreement governs with respect to those services.
1. About us
Aranova Labs Inc. is a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act, with its registered office at 169 Redwater Drive, Etobicoke, Ontario, M9W 2A5, Canada. We provide website development, SEO, advertising management, and business automation services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or territory of residence, and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Site;
- introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent; or
- use the Site to transmit unsolicited communications or infringe the rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.
4. Services and no guarantee of results
Information on the Site describing our services is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute an offer or a guarantee of specific results. Marketing, advertising, and SEO outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, third-party platforms, and client cooperation. Any engagement of our services is subject to a separate written agreement.
5. SMS / text messaging program
Aranova operates SMS text messaging programs for contacts who have opted in — for example through our SMS opt-in page, a form on the Site, or a service engagement. Transactional messages (appointment reminders, confirmations, and booking updates) and marketing messages (special offers, news, and requests to leave a Google review on behalf of the business you visited) are separate opt-ins: subscribing to one does not subscribe you to the other. We may also send service and account messages related to our work with you, and occasional test messages used to confirm delivery.

- Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and other materials — are owned by or licensed to Aranova and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "Aranova" name and logo are trademarks of Aranova Labs Inc. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
7. Submissions
If you submit information or materials to us through the Site (for example, through a contact or intake form), you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that it is accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide our services. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the Site unless we specifically request it.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party websites and services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aranova and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aranova and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
