How we counted
326 tracked calls, Sep 19 to Oct 27, 2026: 114 new customers asking for work (68 booked on the phone, 46 asking for a quote or information); 73 existing customers; 28 not leads; 15 with no conversation; 96 without analysis (43 not answered, 53 answered but not analysed). The analysis is automated from the call recording.
Where they started.
Before us, the shop paid a previous agency about $2,500 a month and got a spreadsheet of call counts, Maximize Clicks bidding and a custom landing page.
What we changed.
- 01
A site that books
We built the website and the SEO, with AutoLeap booking on it.
- 02
Every call tracked
Call tracking, missed-call text-back and AI after-hours answering, so calls from the listing, the site, ads and Yelp are counted.
- 03
Booked calls sent back to Google
We send booked calls back to Google, so Google learns which clicks and calls turn into jobs.
What the numbers show.
- Search impressions grew about 12x, from 1,559 (Aug 19 to Sep 1, 2026) to 18,320 (Oct 12 to Oct 25, 2026). Aug 19 is the first day Google Search Console reports any impressions for the site, so this runs from first ranking.
- Average search position improved from 10.9 to 7.3, across the same two windows (Aug 19 to Sep 1 and Oct 12 to Oct 25, 2026).
- 114 new customers called asking for work between Sep 19 and Oct 27, 2026, and 68 of them (60%) booked on the phone. Source: Aranova call tracking and automated call analysis; 53 completed calls had no analysis yet, so the share could move if those are analysed.

How we counted
Return on ad spend, calls and booked calls come from our call tracking and the shop's AutoLeap invoices. Search impressions and position come from Google Search Console.
Each number carries its own dated window above. Calls are counted from Sep 19, 2026, the day call tracking went live.
The 300% is measured on paid invoices in AutoLeap against ad spend (the dashboard label is "Ad spend"). It includes results from organic search as well as Google Ads, and the Google Ads account is still being optimised.
